Etain Fitzpatrick is a Director at JRA with more than 30 years’ experience shaping commercial, mixed-use, interiors, education and residential projects. A confident leader of complex, high-profile schemes, she combines design clarity with technical rigour to deliver buildings that are elegant, resilient and sustainable. Since joining JRA a decade ago, Etain has led major London projects including 10 Park Drive and 8 Water Street at Wood Wharf, Canary Wharf, delivering 520 apartments, and The Northcliffe, a deep retrofit and extension of the Grade II listed former Daily Mail headquarters building. She is currently leading The Delft, transforming a 1980s Thames-side office building into a modern sustainable workplace and Holden House, a new-build scheme behind a retained Grade II list façade on Oxford Street. Alongside her project work, Etain is a committed advocate for mentorship, wellbeing and stronger industry connections, serving on several industry and education boards.
