Board Director | Lead Structural Engineer, OAG
Peter Lenk is a Chartered Structural Engineer with more than 20 years of experience delivering architecturally ambitious façades and structural glass structures. He joined OAG in 2024 as Lead Structural Engineer and was appointed Technical Director in 2025.
Drawing on experience gained at Eckersley O’Callaghan and Arup, Peter has contributed to a number of high-profile projects including Apple flagship stores, HS2 stations, and Changi Airport Terminal 5. He combines creative design thinking with advanced structural analysis and a practical understanding of construction to develop robust solutions for complex engineering challenges.
Peter is an active contributor to international conferences and technical publications and serves on several industry committees helping to shape the future of structural glass design standards. He also collaborates with leading universities, including Cambridge, Imperial College London, and TU Delft, helping to bridge academic research and innovative engineering practice.
