Edgar is an internationally acclaimed Design Architect and Design Director with over 30 years of global experience pioneering innovative, sustainable, and narrative-driven architecture.
For the Philippine market, Edgar’s leadership has driven some of the country’s most prestigious premium residential and township milestones. He initially shaped the skyline of the Makati CBD by directing the iconic facade design for The Eton Residences Greenbelt. He then went on to direct the design of One Shangri-La Place in Manila, establishing a premium luxury residential benchmark. Building on this legacy, his recent high-profile portfolio includes leading the conceptual architecture for Haraya Residences, a landmark twin-tower vertical gated village within the Bridgetowne Estate mixed-use township in Pasig, Manila. He is also the architectural force behind Shang Summit in South Triangle, Quezon City; an iconic dual-tower luxury development soaring over 270 meters destined to become the tallest residential development in the Philippines. Following this monumental project, he leading the design for Shang Bauhinia Residences in Cebu City, a towering 52-story luxury icon that represents the developer’s premier flagship expansion outside of Metro Manila.
Edgar holds a Master Degree in Architecture from ETH Zürich, Switzerland, and is a registered qualified architect in Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
