Emma has over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry, with extensive expertise in façade engineering and the coordination of multidisciplinary design, including façades, across all RIBA stages.
Her experience spans design development, mock-ups and testing, buildability, procurement and the delivery of façade packages. She works closely with architects, engineers, contractors and wider project teams from concept through to completion, and has delivered projects across the healthcare, retail, commercial, public and residential sectors.
At PRA, Emma works closely with the leadership team to support the continued development of the business, while leading façade projects and mentoring junior members of the team. Alongside her technical role, Emma is a passionate advocate for women in construction and a trained Mental Health First Aider.
