Paul Dunphy is an Associate Principal with over 20 years’ experience delivering complex new-build and refurbishment projects across the UK and internationally. His portfolio spans a diverse range of sectors, including science and technology, higher education, commercial, hospitality and heritage buildings.
Paul has led the design and delivery of technically demanding projects, bringing extensive expertise in construction, project delivery and technical coordination. He plays a central role in advancing technical excellence, developing delivery best practice, and aligning project teams with Perkins&Will’s global standards.
Paul is particularly interested in the relationship between design ambition and buildability, helping clients and project teams navigate the technical, regulatory and operational challenges of delivering high-performance buildings.
