
Founder, HiT Works
Harsh Thapar, an architect and environmentalist, believes that sensitive design can improve people’s lives. He is passionate about using building science and technology to create healthier, environmentally responsible buildings.
After studying Sustainable Environmental Design at the Architectural Association School in London, he worked as an Associate at Foster and Partners, London, and later as Vice President at HKS Architects, New Delhi. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and has earned the title of Chartered Environmentalist in the UK, recognizing his expertise.
Harsh has worked on high-performance building projects such as Masdar City, Abu Dhabi (a net-zero city powered by renewable energy); the new Apple Campus in San Jose (a LEED Platinum office); Bloomberg Headquarters in London (a BREEAM Outstanding-rated building); and the Amaravati New Capital Complex in Andhra Pradesh, India.
He is the founder of HiT Works, an architecture and sustainability consultancy based in the Delhi NCR region, delivering architectural, environmental, and sustainability design services.
