Konrad Leski is a chartered structural engineer with 12 years of experience across complex building projects in Poland and international markets. As an Associate Structural Engineer at Buro Happold, he leads multidisciplinary structural teams and is particularly interested in project management, computational engineering and automation as tools for improving design quality and efficiency.
His project experience spans offices, cultural venues, residential, hospitality and infrastructure schemes, including Sinfonia Varsovia, the Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw, Upper One and the Arctowski Antarctic Station. He has also worked on projects in Germany, the UK and the Arabian Peninsula.
Konrad combines technical rigour with a strong focus on collaboration, buildability and trust-based client relationships. His approach balances structural performance, aesthetics, economic viability and constructability, with the aim of delivering well-coordinated, efficient and elegant engineering solutions.
