Leszek Grabowski is the Founder and CEO of Alpinex Fall Protection Solutions, with 18 years of experience specialising in fall protection and safe access systems.For the past 10 years, he has been developing a close cooperation between Alpinex and Fallprotec, with Alpinex serving as Fallprotec’s distributor in Poland. His work combines Fallprotec’s international expertise and technologies with Alpinex’s local engineering, design, installation and project delivery capabilities.Leszek focuses particularly on the integration of fall protection and façade access solutions into building design, including rail systems, suspended access solutions, davit systems and permanent fall protection systems.Working closely with Fallprotec, architects, designers, façade consultants and contractors, he promotes an approach in which safe façade access, maintenance and long-term building operation are considered from the earliest stages of the design process.
