Director, Aluplex
Karan Keswani is Operations Director of Aluplex, a graduate in Manufacturing Engineering from Cambridge University, UK (Bachelors and Masters) and a MBA from INSEAD. He has worked at the Alcoa – Aluminium Extrusion plant in England and then went on to work at Alico (one of Dubai’s largest curtain wall companies) in Dubai, where he made a detailed report to improve operational efficiency. At Aluplex, Karan has been responsible for setting-up India’s Largest Aluminium Fabrication Factory here in Hyderabad which is a state-of-the-art converoyised factory with 4 Axis CNC Fabrication, resulting in a production capacity of over 250 Unitised Panels/day. His forte is speedy planning and operations of large scale projects and the completion of prestigious ICICI (70,000 m2+ facade project) and TSI Waverock in Gachibowli. Presently – the facade of 3 Towers at OMKAR 1973, Mumbai (Norman Foster Architects) is under completion which is 200,000 m2 and India’s largest facade project to date wherein 36,000 panels have been installed in 12 months.
