Façades Product Manager, Schüco
Building envelope specialist Cédric Puyou began his 100% Schüco career in 2001. Having joined as a specifier in the Paris Region, he moved to the Façade Engineering unit in 2004 to provide support for architects and façade engineers working on major hi-tech projects.
Since 2008, Cédric Puyou has been developing façade and shading products in the product marketing department. In constant touch with his European counterparts, he opens the way to visually attractive, high-performance solutions with the potential to be adapted to the brand’s 80+ national markets. Having integrated photovoltaic panels into façades, he delivered the E² façade with integral energy generation, decentralised ventilation and built-in shading. He then promoted the parametric façade system that optimises the 3D design process for façades by providing a digital solution that encourages and facilitates interaction between all project contributors. In 2017, he launched the FWS 35 Panoramic Design façade with aluminium profile just 35 mm wide: the slimmest in the market! Its corner glazing solution maximises building transparency, and the inclusion of panoramic opening lights is the perfect innovation for both commercial and upscale residential projects. Cédric Puyou is now guiding Schüco product ranges towards even higher levels of wellbeing for end-user customers.
