Sharan joined Birla Estates in 2016 in the Design Team, working with a dynamic leadership, looking at developing real estate projects, Pan-India. The Group plans to transform the perception of Indian Real Estate Sector, by delivering exceptional experience and creating value; at every level for every stakeholder. The ongoing challenges, RERA, GST and new Regulations would require a positive mind-set, for re-alignment of developers to a progressive Real Estate market. He is currently handling a project portfolio across socio-geographic sectors, varying from Luxury Projects to Large-scale Developments
He has an exceptional experience in developing new products, building teams, managing complex projects and delivering results. His broad based experience has resulted in successful implementation or ongoing construction of various residential, commercial, educational and leisure projects, in South AsiaPAC Region.
He is an expert at breaking down large scale projects into manageable chunks and is well capable of leading a team & overseeing technical standards. He has successfully conveyed design ideas not only in concepts but creating a finished product as per expectations, making sure the venture is a profitable one.
