Associate Partner, Ennead Architects
Kathleen is a technical lead architect specializing in exterior enclosure design and detailing. Kathleen prioritizes energy efficient practices, an integrated design response, and technical innovation in the development of building facades to support and inform broader project objectives. She works with design teams from the early phases of the project and has been integral to the technical development of a variety of large-scale new construction projects from concept design through construction, including Vassar College Integrated Science Center, The Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law and Memorial Sloan Kettering Ambulatory Care Center in New York City.
Prior to joining Ennead Architects in 2001, Kathleen developed her technical expertise at Heintges Associates and passionately seeks opportunities to share her knowledge through teaching and lecturing. Kathleen has been a visiting assistant professor at University of Arkansas School of Architecture and she is currently teaching a graduate technical course at Pratt Institute’s School of Architecture in Brooklyn, New York.
