Arul Prakash is the Vice President at K Raheja Corp. He has worked with many well- known groups such as: Punj Lloyd Limited, DLF Home Developers Limited – Gurgaon, Larsen & Toubro – Delhi, Al – Karar East, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia etc.,. At K Raheja Corp-Hyderabad, he was involved in commercial IT project of composite steel structure, commercial IT project of conventional RCC, hotel project of 178 Keys, residential project of 9 towers with 900 units, etc.,. At Punj Lloyd Limited Gurgaon, he did Indian Railway Projects – 11 stations, 109 km Railway track doubling work and staff quarters -352 units Preparation of Tender process for India first Bullet Train projects ( Mumbai Ahmedabad high speed train Project) etc.,. At DLF Home Developers Limited- Gurgaon, he managed projects like: High-Rise Structures (Residential, Commercial, Mall, Retails, IT Parks & MLCP), High- Raise (93 floors) residential building at Mumbai, etc. At Larsen & Toubro – Delhi, his notable projects were: Delhi International Airports Terminal – 3 & Military Air base – Riyadh Saudi Arabia, Delhi Metro Rail Underground sections (Tunnel works / cut & cover and underground station buildings and one of the station done in top down construction Method), DDA Mega housing Dwarka.
