Michael Chen，works in Huajian Group East China Architectural Design and Research Institute，Director of the Architectural Creation Center，mainly engaged in the design consultancy of building curtain walls. He is currently the director of the Architectural Committee of the Shanghai Architectural Society.
The professional working life of the curtain wall is 23 years. He involves in the compiling of industry regulations、invention patents、published papers and books、major project design and review etc. He is good at designing of free glass surfaces、cultural building facades and special-shaped large-span curtain wall systems; His milestone projects includes Putuoshan Guanyin Temple、 Shandong Qufu Nishan Holy Land、Nanjing Niushoushan Foding Palace、 China CCTV TV New Site 、Shanghai World Expo、Shanghai Xujiahui Center etc.
