Design & Planning Manager, Ciputra
Maurice Bernardi is an architect graduated from Technical University of Berlin, Germany and has over than 10 years’ experience working with Ciputra Group on mixed-use and high rise developments such as Ciputra World 1 Jakarta; a premium mixed-use development consisted of Hotel, Office, Retail, Residence as well as an Art/ Exhibition Center with of a Museum and 1200-seat Theater.
He has also worked on Ciputra International and Citra Natura; developments of high-rise offices and residences with various class of property segments.
Being on the owner’s side; one of his duty is to carry through owner’s vision & mission from beginning, the concept; through all the design phases; in the construction period and to make sure design & operation works well hand in hand.
Currently he is working on Tower D; a challenging 350 m tall tower consists of grade-A offices and residential units.
