Karen Brandt

Karen Brandt, AIA, leads the West Coast office of Heintges, an award-winning curtain wall consulting firm offering the highest level of expertise in the design and implementation of the building envelope.Since joining Heintges in 2001, she has managed numerous projects in the U.S. and Asia and is the Heintges Senior Principal responsible for MIRA. Her expertise includes museums, cultural institutions, complex towers, and custom façades for luxury retail. She has taught at Pratt Institute and Parsons, and holds degrees in architecture from the College of Environmental Design at U.C. Berkeley and the Harvard Graduate School of Design.
