Head of Sustainablity, Faithful + Gould
Faithful + Gould is a world leading project and programme management consulting group. As the Head of Sustainability, Neil’s role is to ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of performance regarding sustainable design and construction. This involves a careful consideration of regulations and standards, building rating tools such as GSAS as well as a review of best practice considerations. The latter include passive design, material selection, energy and water use, supply chain management and waste management practices. Significantly, a key part of his role is to develop strategies to maximise the commercial benefits associated with the design and construction of better buildings and developments. Linked to this, my responsibilities focus on client relationship management as well as oversight of sub-consultants, ensuring project aims are met in the most cost effective and sustainable manner.
