Bharat heads Infrastructure Projects with a team of 100 professional comprising of Architects, Civil Engineers & Project Managers. He headed a team for delivery of approx 10 Mnsqft & another 10 Mnsqft under planning & development over last 5 Yrs& has delivered Projects including world class IT SEZ’s -3.5 Mnsqft, India’s first IVY LEAGUE Research led University – 6.25 Mnsqft, Business School (In progress)-3.3 Lac sqft, Research Blocks, K-12 Schools – 2 MnSqft, Multi storied Group Housing ( In Progress) – 2 Mnsqft for HCL & Shiv Nadar Foundation.
