Mathias is responsible for the operative management of the Technoform Bautec business in Germany and he is a member of the Global Management Team for the Bautec business in all markets.
He is an active member of the employers association in Germany. One of his management characteristics is the focus on the realization of the triangle of sustainability: economical, ecological and social dimension. Under his leadership, Technoform Bautec Germany became the first company in the field of windows, doors and Facade to receive the Gold certification of Cradle to Cradle for its product.
