Titus, in the capacity of a Goup Managing Director for Symbion Limited, currently leads in the provision of strategic direction, with full responsibility for the long term attainment of business goals. He is also responsible for the growth into new markets, development of design potential and high-level administrative operations. He doubles as the Managing Director of the studio in Mombasa, where he is involved in initial brief integration, planning, project coordination and design. Titus’ solid expertise in design and project management plus over 19 years’ experience, has seen him involved in numerous complex large scale projects with tasks ranging from master planning to architectural design within various sectors. Key completed projects include complex commercial facilities, midrise office complexes and 3 star Hotels for celebrated brands within the East, Central and Southern African regions.
