Duncan Richards

Duncan Richards is a founding Director of FMDC, after working for Arup for 25 years, leaving as Leader of their Façade Engineering group.  He has extensive experience in many sectors, such as commercial, residential, arts, transport, retail and public buildings.  Duncan has been involved in a number of challenging developments, designed by signature Architects, in the UK and abroad, including Portcullis House, The Scottish Parliament Building and the new HQ for Bloomberg in London.  His client base includes Developers and Architects, who seek a balanced blend of creativity, experience and pragmatism that is key to the successful delivery and realisation of his projects.
