John Mulatya

John is a hands-on project manager at Turner & Townsend with experience in the built environment in participative planning, management processes and the integration of designs, programs, strategies and policies in the area of sustainability implementation, sustainability reporting, green building certification and construction project management. He has taken a lead role in the provision of services such as: Document management for projects while ensuring accurate, registration of project technical documentation and timely release of all document changes, managing the project EDMS System, Issuing authorized documents in a consistent format in accordance with the Document Control Procedures and ensure that latest revisions of all docs/drawings are distributed as per the matrix, Analyzing new contracts requirements based on client needs and workflow for documents handling, designing and implementing document management procedures; coding systems, documents distribution and approval and document classification for progress control.
