Head of Construction Design, Ballymore
Adam Jenkins is the Head of Construction Design at of one of the leading residential developers – Ballymore. He works closely with The Technical Director to provide for technical leadership to all Ballymore projects in all stages of design and delivery at the same time supporting the Construction Director’s vision.
Trained as an architect and previously working as associate with GMW Architects (now Scott Brownrigg), Adam has over 17 year of experience and has delivered numerous successful schemes in a variety of scales in particularly facade solutions. Recently having been instrumental in the fast track delivery of a 3,385-unit scheme in a 5-year period, Adam has a positive reputation of meeting the target while maintaining high quality outcomes.
He believes in planning ahead and is a strongly committed to clear deliverable technical design that delivers aesthetic ambition as well as longevity for the occupants of the buildings.
