Aditya is a workplace strategist, finding logical design solutions for complex problems with a thorough understanding of the industry’s ever-changing requirements. His innovative approaches towards problem-identification and problem-solving have been the foundation of successful strategy and design projects, allowing him to work impactfully with various esteemed organizations. At Gensler as a Senior workplace strategist, he is working with organizations to translate their vision into an effective strategy for an impactful workplace solution. He holds an undergraduate degree in Architecture from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur and a certification in business management (CCBP) from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
