Founding Partner, Cuatro 44
Adrian Gracia is one of the four founders of Cuatro44, a 20 years architecture firm focused on an integrated design approach that specializes in mixed use, residential and retail projects. With offces in Monterrey and CDMX, Cuatro44 frequently collaborates as AOR for projects designed by international frms.
With an Architecture degree from the Tec de Monterrey and a Masters of Science’s degree in Advanced Architectural Design at Columbia University in NYC. Adrian started his working career at GreenbergFarrow as a junior architect in large residential and mixed use developments. He has been an active member of the academic community since fnishing his studies. Teaching at the Tec de Monterrey for over 10 years, pioneering the use of BIM technologies in academic and professional settings, and becoming part of the National Architecture Academy in 2015. In 2014 he received a certifcate in sustainable design from the Boston Architectural College.
Gracia has participated in multiple medium and large scale developments around the country, including: Arboleda Commercial Phase 1, Arboleda Residential Phase 2, Sofia Residential Tower, Borregos Stadium for Tec de Monterrey, and others.
