Azlina, more fondly known as AJ, is the Head of Planning & Design at S P Setia Berhad, a leading property developer with a strong brand presence in Malaysia as well as overseas, a brand synonymous with quality, reliability and value creation. A multiple award-winning public listed company, S P Setia ceaselessly strive to produce innovative and quality products for local and international communities as well.
With 30 years of substantial involvement in the property and construction industry, 5 of which in the UAE, AJ has played multiple roles, Architectural & Project Management Consultancy to Property Developers, both locally and abroad. A few of her proudest career accomplishments are the Sunway Resort Hotel & Spa, the Nation Towers Abu Dhabi, and the award-wining KL Eco City.
Outside of work, she volunteers as working sub-committee of The 30% Club Malaysia and as an external examiner at Taylor’s University School of Architecture, Building & Design.
She is also a strong advocate of sustainability as a way of life and believes that every individual can play their part, no matter how small, in saving Planet Earth from the effects of climate change.
