Ajay Sethi is the Managing Principal of URBNarc India, working closely with URBNarc Singapore and Spain on projects across India and internationally.
An architect with over 30 years of professional experience, he has worked on luxury hospitality projects, premium residential developments, and hyperscale data centres across India and Southeast Asia, with a particular interest in the relationship between design intent, building performance, and project delivery.
Ajay graduated from the School of Architecture, Ahmedabad in 1995.
