Graduated from the Sushant School of Art and Architecture in New Delhi, Akriti Kapur is The Head of Design at K Raheja Corp – Commercial Real Estate and Mindscape REIT. One of India’s leading Developers and one of the 3 REIT bodies in the country today. The firm has a portfolio of over 50Million sft in Commercial Real Estate with the Major Markets being Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai followed by Bangalore.
Akriti has years of comprehensive experience in design and execution of multiple Large-Scale projects. Previously being associated with Morphogenesis for over a decade, she comes from a Rich and Diverse Design background in all typologies of Real Estate.
Akriti focuses on Sustainable environments, Efficiency in building performance, integrated infrastructure, contributing to economic potential. She believes in using collaborative approach with experts in the industry to create and deliver outstanding end-user experiences.
Her current work includes 3M Sft. Targeted LEED platinum certified Buildings in the Mindspace Madhapur Campus along with the 3M sft. Mixed Use Development in Hyderabad. A Net Zero Energy Amenities Building which shall be one of its kind in the Country along with 2M sft in Development in Chennai and Bangalore. Akriti has also contributed to numerous Publications and is closely involved with architecture schools in Mumbai.
