Principal, Studio Façade Consulting
Alberto Franceschet is the Principal of STUDIO Façade Consulting LLC. He is a graduate of the Università di Padova in Italy, whit a master’s degree in mechanical engineering.
Alberto is a recognized professional that has operated for over 20 Years in the Curtain Wall industry with different roles from Design & Engineering, pre-construction, business development, project management, and operations. Up to 2020, he was the General Manager and Member of the Board of Permasteelisa North America, responsible for the delivery of multi-million dollars projects including World Trade Center Tower 3, 425 Park Avenue, the New London Embassy, Central Park Tower, and One Vanderbilt.
Alberto founded STUDIO Consulting to use his technical and operational knowledge of curtain wall to be a building envelope’s solution provider for Owners, Developers, Contractors, and Designers. His objective is to help his clients to navigate the challenges of Façade delivery, recognizing potential risks from the technical solution, supply chain, production, delivery, and logistic point of view.
