Development Manager, MEPC
Alex Housden is a development manager with 17 years experience in the built environment. He is currently leading the development of Three Chamberlain Square, a 190,000sqft NIA commercial office building at Paradise Birmingham, a major commercial led mixed use development of 2 million sq/ft in the civic heart of the city. Located in a highly sensitive historic location, Three Chamberlain Square is designed to be a building of architectural excellence, complementing its surroundings and offering best in class environmental performance and workplace amenities.
Alex was formerly part of Argent’s Birmingham development team which moved to MEPC in 2021. Prior to joining Argent Alex was an associate director with a large multi-disciplinary consulting practice, providing project and cost management across several city centre commercial property, residential, higher education and transport developments.
Alex is a member of the RICS and the British Council for Offices.
