Ali Zadeh is a building energy specialist with over a decade of experience in energy modelling and high-performance building design. As a Senior Energy Engineer at Evoke Buildings, he collaborates with architects and design teams to evaluate how building form, façade design, and envelope performance influence compliance with evolving energy and carbon regulations.
Ali has developed more than 200 energy models for projects across Canada and the United States, including residential towers, institutional buildings, hospitals, and large mixed-use developments. His work supports projects targeting the BC Energy Step Code, Zero Carbon Building Standard, LEED certification, and other advanced sustainability frameworks.
He regularly presents to industry audiences on topics such as building envelope performance, thermal bridging, and the role of early-stage design decisions in achieving high-performance buildings.
