Amanda Stacy

AVP - Building Enclosures & Dept. Head - DC, WSP

Amanda Stacy, AIA, LEED Green Associate, is an Assistant Vice President for Building Enclosures at WSP and serves as the Department Head for the Washington, DC region. She brings over 15 years of industry experience specializing in building enclosure design and consulting, commissioning, and building science with a grounding in both architectural training and performance‑focused analysis. She believes that even small design decisions can create meaningful outcomes, a philosophy reflected in her commitment to high‑performance detailing, sustainable strategies, and data‑driven enclosure analysis. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Miami University and both a Master of Architecture and a Master of Science in Sustainable Design from The Catholic University of America. Since joining WSP in 2014, she has contributed to a broad range of education, science and technology, cultural, healthcare, commercial, and residential projects, consistently emphasizing resilient, efficient, and durable building enclosure solutions.
