Amrith is a Civil Engineer from the College of Engineering, Guindy, with a Master’s in Construction Management from Texas A&M University. He joined Ramcons in 2005 starting as a Site Engineer and later took over the reins of the company. A passionate engineer with an eye for detail, he reinforced the company’s strengths in Engineering and Construction and oversaw a diversification into allied areas like Property Development and Turnkey Building Solutions.
Under his leadership, Ramcons has successfully implemented multiple projects in segments that include Residential, Hospitality, Education, Commercial, Healthcare, and Entertainment. He continuously focuses on incorporating innovative systems and processes that has enabled him to execute high-quality projects within the stipulated timeline. Having crafted over 2.5 million sqft of real estate space, Ramcons has set high benchmarks in quality, craftsmanship, and timely delivery.
Working with some of the most prominent architects in the country, Amrith has established an extensive portfolio of high end residential and commercial spaces and is associated with the execution of some iconic structures in the city.
