André Esteves Gomes de Loureiro holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, specializing in Construction (2005), and a Post-Graduate Degree in Construction (2007), both from Instituto Superior Técnico, as well as an Executive MBA from INDEG-ISCTE (2023). André has spent his entire career at EDP Group since 2006, working in the Projects and Construction department for the Group’s non-technical buildings. He has managed various rehabilitation interventions and the construction of new EDP Group buildings. Since 2013, André has been dedicated to the construction of the EDP campus on Av. 24 de Julho, initially joining the construction management team for the EDP Headquarters building, designed by Architect Manuel Aires Mateus, completed in 2015, and overseeing subsequent interior projects over the following two years. He has served as the Global Manager for the entire EDP Headquarters II project, which began in late 2016 and has now been completed.
