As a project manager at seele GmbH, Andreas Komm spearheads the development of intelligent façades that are integrated into building automation systems. His expertise centers on driving digital transformation and enhancing energy efficiency within the realm of sustainable building operations. Among the array of pioneering solutions offered by seele, Komm particularly champions the ISOshade® closed cavity façade. The highlights of his professional career include the „K11 Musea“ museum building in Hong Kong with a Closed Cavity Façade made of full tubes and the ‘Sphere’ entertainment complex in Las Vegas.
Komm holds a Master of Engineering degree from Augsburg University of Applied Sciences. During his studies he initially specialised in architecture and related services during his studies, before focusing on energy efficient planning and building. At this early stage of his professional career, Komm took up a position within the seele group at its headquarters in Gersthofen, Germany. The group of companies specialises in sophisticated, customised façade and roof constructions for exceptional architectural projects.
