Dr. Andreas Roye is an entrepreneur and innovation leader in the field of light-transmitting concrete and architectural lighting solutions. With more than 18 years of experience as Managing Director of LUCEM, he has been a key driver in the development and international commercialization of light concrete, working with architects, designers, and industry partners across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the United States.
Today, Dr. Roye is part of the Paradigm DH Group, where he contributes his expertise in material innovation, LED technology, and international project development. His work focuses on integrating light into concrete and architectural elements to create illuminated façades, urban design solutions, and next-generation building materials.
He has led numerous international collaborations and projects, translating complex technologies into practical and scalable applications for the construction and lighting industry.
