Project Manager, CSM Steelstructures
Andreas Vermeeren is a Senior Project Manager with more than 10 years of experience in complex steel construction and large-scale engineering projects across Europe. His work focuses on bridging engineering, production, logistics, and on-site execution within technically demanding environments.
Throughout his career, he has been involved in a wide range of architectural and infrastructure projects, including Amare in The Hague, the railway station of Ottignies (Louvain-la-Neuve), several bridges and pedestrian structures in Belgium, and multiple high-end glass façade projects across Europe for a leading façade contractor.
On the FENIX project, Andreas was involved from the early design-and-build coordination meetings, helping shape a feasible and efficient design within architectural, financial, and scheduling constraints. During execution, he played a coordinating role between the different subcontractors on site, with a strong focus on planning and logistics.
His approach combines technical insight with practical problem-solving, collaboration, and a strong focus on execution.
