Senior Sustainability Manager, Dimand
As a senior sustainability manager at DIMAND, one of the leading real estate development companies in Greece, Angelos is responsible for the successful delivery of sustainable projects.
Since 2015 he has been involved as a coordinator and supervisor in approximately 200.000 certified or under certification sustainable square meters, according to LEED and (more recently) WELL standards. His main duties are to coordinate and oversee the project team, in order to ensure both the smooth process of sustainable certifications and the selection of best sustainability practices during design and construction.
Angelos is also responsible for the coordination of ESG activity and reporting, assisting in the development and establishment of environmental, social and corporate governance policies and procedures.
As a LEED certified expert for operations and maintenance, Angelos is a member of DIMAND’s facility management team, providing support when it comes to the adoption of sustainable practices during the operation of buildings.
Angelos holds an MBA from ALBA Graduate Business School, an MSc in Energy (Hons) from Heriot Watt University and an MEng in Surveying Engineering from NTUA. He is also a certified LEED Accredited Professional in Building Design and Construction & Operations and Maintenance.
