Anthony holds a Degree in Architecture from the University of Southern California and a Master of Science in Advanced Architectural Design from Columbia University. He joined Ronald Lu & Partners (RLP) in 1998 after working in the U.S., and has since applied his extensive knowledge to a diverse range of significant projects such as commercial, retail, mixed-use, residential, institutional and master planning and transit-oriented development (TOD).
Anthony was the Project Director of the award-winning remodelling of China Resources Building and the Leader of the revitalisation of the Peak Tower in Hong Kong. He is currently the Design Director of a super high-rise office tower named Wuhan CTF Finance Centre in Wuhan, China.
Apart from the Metropolis development above the Hung Hom Freight Yard in Hong Kong, he has been involved with a number of large scale transit-oriented master planning and development projects. They include a 20,000-family residential estate above MTRC Depot in Tseung Kwan O (LOHAS Park); a massive development that covers more than 500,000 square meters of office and retail space, together with a hotel and residential complex above Xinzhuang Station in Shanghai (TODTOWN); and the commercial and residential development above MTRC’s West Tuen Mun Station (Century Gateway).
His latest design achievements include the project execution for Goldin Financial Global Centre which is the Silver Winner of the Best Innovative Green Building of the 2017 MIPIM Asia Awards, and the design for the Performing Arts Block at King George V School (KGV) which claimed a merit award in the 2014 HKIA Annual Awards.
