Antonis Kakoullis is a Civil Engineer and a member of ETEK. He graduated from City University of London and holds a master’s degree in building economics and management from UCL. With over 30 years of experience in construction and real estate property development he has served on the Ministry of Energy’s Building Performance Committee and the Ministry of Interior’s Accessibility Committee and the Fire Protection Committee. He is currently the Vice President of the Cyprus Property Developers Association , Chairman of the Technical Committee and Technical Director of Imperio Group.
