A passionate designer, with an eye for detail, Shripal has been practicing architecture and interior
design for more than three decades. SVA has designed integrated townships, gated communities,
institutional buildings, senior living communities, mixed use commercial projects, hospitality –urban
as well as resorts, entertainment zones, schools and Rail infrastructure interiors. Irrespective of the
scale and geographic locations of the projects, the common thread that joins all of these projects is a
rigorous design development and exploration process that yields sensible and sensitive interventions
that balance form, order, aesthetics and budgets.
The resultant architecture is clean, simple, timeless and intended to elevate the human experience
and make a positive , environmentally sensitive contribution in our society.
Shripal began with HOK HK and subsequently moved to RMJM where he was overseeing projects for
14 years in Hong Kong, Taipei, Shanghai and Singapore. He returned to India in 2009, to create and

Current work in design/ construction stages are in India, Africa, the US. SVA are the interior design
consultants for 6 of the High Speed Rail “ Bullet Train” Stations between Ahmedabad and Mumbai
for Larsen and Toubro.
He has also created an original collection of carpets and rugs named “ Mosaics” for Obeetee Carpets
inspired from global and local travels, nature and the fascinating kaleidoscopic mosaic of modern
India.
