In turbulent and unpredictable times, resilience is a quality which, despite its lack of glamour, has never been more important. And Aušra Vankevičiūtė’s career and character serve as testaments to the power of resilience.
As CEO of Staticus, one of the largest façade engineering contractors in Northern Europe, she is a young woman driving innovation and flexibility in a traditionally male-dominated sector. She became group CEO in 2019 after 7 years heading up Staticus Norge AS, where she developed the tenacity and positivity that characterise her approach to leadership. Here she also honed her skills in strategic marketing, negotiation, budgeting and business planning, and completed her EMBA at the Baltic Management Institute (BMI).
Today, Aušra’s personal qualities of resilience and dynamism are reflected in the company she leads. Under her watch, Staticus is becoming more innovative, more sustainable, and more international, while maintaining the resilience that any successful company needs.
