Mr. AV Antao is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Synergy Property Development Services, an international Project Management and Engineering Services company focused on construction services and development projects. A market leader in providing Project Management, Design Services, Technical Advisory Services and Design & Build (Turnkey) Solutions; Synergy has offices and operations across India, South Asia, Middle East, Africa and Eastern Europe.
A Graduate in Civil Engineering from Regional Engineering College, Durgapur, now NIT, Antao specialises in development and project management of multi-disciplinary projects. As a project management consultant, he has worked in large scale industrial, manufacturing and real estate projects. He brings with him nearly three decades of corporate work experience in the construction industry. Over his career he has worked with contractors, Consultants and Clients, which enables a 360 degree viewpoint of all aspects of construction.
As COO of Synergy, Antao is responsible for strategic planning and implementation of the company objectives for sustainable business growth.
