CEO & Founder, Archiquad
Bakhrom Khodjaev — CEO and Co-founder of Archiquad Group, holds a Master’s degree in Urban Sciences, and is an architect and expert in sustainable urban environment development.
He is the grandson of Sobir Rakhimovich Adylov, the chief architect of Tashkent, who made a significant contribution to the development of architectural and monumental art in Uzbekistan. In this regard, the history of the city is intertwined with the architectural heritage and the family’s journey.
Bakhrom earned his Master’s degree from the University of Seoul, where he researched the sustainability of rural housing construction in Uzbekistan. Since then, he has been involved in projects with the World Bank, the UNDP, and the Korea Institute of Civil Engineering and Building Technology, providing consulting on modernizing building codes, energy efficiency, and integrated urban development.
At Archiquad, he promotes the ideas of green architecture and sustainable urbanism, viewing the city as a living organism and design as a tool for harmony between people and their environment.
Bakhrom actively represents Uzbekistan at international conferences in Seoul, New York, and Pittsburgh, sharing his experience and promoting modern approaches to urban planning.
