Benedicto pursued his degree in Bachelor of Science in Architecture at University of Santo Tomas in1998. He is the technical Head in urban planning and socialized housing development for Cross Foundation Inc. He is also a member delegate to the 1st International Conference on Coated Glass in Saarbruken, Germany. He established his work process for Project Management and Technical Development for ISO 9002 certification in Republic-Asahi Glass Corporation. He is the Head of Project Management Group for design development and construction of Suspended Glass Wall System on monumental developments – Shangri-La’sEDSA Plaza Hotel, Makati Shangri-La, Manila Diamond Hotel, Toyota CarShowrooms and others. He also served as product development and project management head in Republic- Asahi Glass Corp. for 9 years.
