Kanaka is a highly experienced Architect and Project Management expert, with over 22 years of professional experience across UAE in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and most of the cities in India. He has successfully delivered national and international projects in both interior and exterior built environments. His expertise spans a diverse range of sectors, including retail interior fit-outs, workspace fit-outs of all scales, IT SEZ and Non-SEZ buildings with green building ratings, residential, and commercial projects.
A Gold Medalist in his postgraduate studies and an expert in ECBC (Energy Conservation Building Code), Kanaka excels in developing tailored design processes for each project. His visionary approach has consistently helped stakeholders identify and mitigate potential challenges early in the project lifecycle.
Currently, Kanaka is the Co-Founder, Director, and Principal Architect at Samyog Design Studio LLP, where he collaborates with national and international AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) professionals. His leadership fosters a dynamic team, blending seasoned experts with young talent, to deliver innovative solutions with global experience to local contexts. Kanaka is consistently passionate about integrating BIM (Building Information Modeling) and cutting-edge technologies into projects, ensuring the firm remains at the forefront of design excellence.
