Brad McCoy is an Associate at Henriquez Partners Architects, bringing over 15 years of extensive experience in the architectural industry to his role. Based in Vancouver, Brad has specialized in mixed-use developments, contributing his technical expertise and adaptive management style to numerous projects across the city.
Over the past 7 years, Brad has played a pivotal role in the Oakridge Park redevelopment, a groundbreaking 5 million ft² project that aims to redefine urban living in Vancouver. As a complete community, Oakridge Park is located on a rapid transit stop and will bring a mix of new residential, retail, office, public realm and civic facilities, in addition to a 9-acre park.
Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, Brad’s career journey spans across both Boston and New York City. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), complemented by a Master of Architecture from Columbia University.
