Brad has a broad range of experience across the commercial, multi-residential and public sectors. He offers considerable expertise in technical design and detailing of complex buildings and has led large multidisciplinary teams on variety of award-winning projects including educational, correctional, commercial and multi-unit residential developments.
Brad’s career has focused on delivering enduring architecture with a specific interest in bespoke façade design to respond to climatic conditions and specific user requirements. Currently, Brad is lead Architect for the 50 story Seascape Apartment project in Auckland along with a range of residential and commercial projects across New Zealand. Drawing on a rich experience of working in both small and international practices, Brad often provides expert advice for architectural projects and specifically façade systems to assist in verifying regulatory compliance.
Brad keeps well connected with the architectural community and regulatory authorities though lecturing for the New Zealand Institute of Architects (NZIA) and involvement in working groups for both the NZIA and the Ministry of Business Innovation and Employment (MBIE).
