President Director, Anggara Architeam

Budi Sumaatmadja is the Founder and President Director of PT. Anggara Architeam. He started Anggara Architeam in 1995.

Budi has over than 35 years of experience in various Architectural sectors including Master Planning, Hotel, Mixed-Use Development, Commercial Complex, Shopping Center, Residential and Retail both High and Low Rise, Office Tower, Health Facilities/Hospital and other special Building Types. His knowledge and participation involves all phases of the Projects, from Conceptual Design to Tender Documentation and to Site Assistance.

Some of the major projects that he has involved include Grand Indonesia Shopping Town, Kemang Village/Lippo Mall, Gudang Garam Tower, Fairmont Hotel, Pondok Indah Mall 3 and Office Tower, World Trade Center 3, Indonesia -1 Tower, Menara Binakarsa, Anandamaya Residences, Pondok Indah Residence, BRANZ BSD and Siloam Mochtar Riyadi Comprehensive Cancer Centre (MRCCC) in Jakarta.

Budi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Parahyangan Catholic University, Bandung, Indonesia in 1984 and been active member in Indonesian Institute of Architects (IAI), Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH), Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI) and the National Association of Indonesian Consultants (INKINDO).

Anggara Architeam has been awarded the BCI Asia “Top Ten Architects” Award from 2005 – 2008, 2011 – 2013, and 2015 – 2019.
