Camilla Rigamonti is a Chartered Engineer with over a decade and a half of international experience delivering complex projects across Europe and the Middle East. Her multidisciplinary expertise spans facade design, engineering consultancy, project leadership and global business development with focus on the building envelope sector.
She is passionate about technical excellence and innovation, combining strong engineering rigour with a strategic commercial mindset. Currently International Business Developer at Hilti Group, she connects engineering expertise with commercial and strategic insight, driving façade initiatives and partnerships across the full industry value chain.
She also serves as Chair and Founding Member of the Italian Hub of the Society of Facade Engineering (SFE) since 2023, where she actively promotes international collaboration, knowledge sharing and industry best practise.
